Rendering designs by Maison Reyjeane for an innovative, inspiring asset management company at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, we sought to achieve an exceptional look to match the client’s brand, as well as its prestigious location. Applying a contemporary style with high-end finishes to the reception area, offices, bar area and balcony, we created inviting spaces conducive to both work and mingling. The reception area is elegant and comfortable with largely neutral hues. Offices are differentiated by the wall treatment and furnishings. Wood flooring offers warmth, while contemporary art on multiple walls serves as points of interest for a stimulating work environment. Large marble floor tiles sweep out onto the balcony, linking the interior entertainment space with the exterior.  Furniture placement creates different intimate spaces on the balcony, while still maximising the view. Multiple light fixtures with textured lampshades, interspersed with greenery in hanging baskets, adds cosiness to the environment.
