MILKIT
RESTAURANT DESIGN

Designing a store concept for ice cream shop Milkit, we aimed to create a fresh look, as cool and as fun as the product itself. Applying an Art Deco style, we balance polished exuberance and glamour with a playful vibe. A monochromatic colour concept adds a sense of intrigue and drama, and perhaps a distant reference to dairy cattle. The texture in the furniture, wall design, lighting and flooring blends amicably, and the many layers aim to encourage customers to reflect on the store’s range of flavours. Milkit is designed to be a ‘grown up’ place to enjoy ice cream, but there’s still ample appeal for a youthful market.
